College of Communication and Public Relations at the State University of Political and Administrative Studies and Executive Agency for Higher Education, Research, Development and Innovation Funding organize the workshop ‘Science of Communication for the Communication of Science (SC4CS)’ under the aegis of the Romanian Academy and the National Authority for Scientific Research. The event will to take place on December 6-7 2010 at Romanian Academy Library, in Bucharest, Romania.
The Science Communication Workshop is aiming to be a space for dialogue and ideas exchange between journalists and PR specialists, researchers and academics from Romania and abroad. During the workshop participants will identify the best ways to targeted disseminate and promote the results of scientific research, as well as the most effective tools for science communication. Moreover, the workshop will outline new ways of cooperation between universities - research institutes and media to promote science.
